• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

No Warranties: RxStack provides the apps "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Technical issues may occur.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any third-party information, services, or content accessed through our apps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the apps.

In no event shall RxStack's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the apps in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, RxStack's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RxStack harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the apps, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the apps or by email. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
